The 90 Second Secret - Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor

The other night I was reading Oprah's new book, The Wisdom of Sundays - stick with me here if you're not an Oprah fan - and I read where Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor teaches that it only takes 90 seconds for anger to run through our bodies. Start to finish. If we let anger run it's course - it only takes 90 seconds.

I immediately shared with Guapo. LISTEN TO THIS!!!!! I thought it was so amazing. 

Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, Harvard trained neuroscientist (no big deal) went on to say, "If after 90 seconds we continue to remain angry - it's because we are allowing the loop to continue."

WHAT?! 

Floored is an understatement. 

I just love nuggets like that? Don't you?
